Amazing lunch - I had the Ginger chicken with a side of croquettes - picky eater style with no mayo drizzle or sesame dressing. I absolutely loved my meal !!
Tonkotsu black ramen after snowboarding was sooooo good We also had the Begbie poke bowl. Good portion and really hit the spot! Nice staff and food was ready very quickly. Would come here again!

By far, the best food truck food I’ve ever had in my life. It far exceeded my expectations - the portions were huge, the pork was flavourful and the 0.50 chili oil was the best I’ve ever tasted.
I am usually not the type of person to write Google reviews, but the food at Tamariba Kitchen was so good I had to write a review on behalf of my family and I! We are visiting Canada from New York and this is by far the best food we had in our trip so far. We ordered the begbie poke, tonkatsu, shrimp pad thai, croquettes, and pork gyoza and each dish was delicious in their own way. They gave large portions and used high quality ingredients with great and quick service as well. Such a great find and the food was honestly better than a lot of places in New York City. Please come and go support - you won’t regret it!
Driving through town and needed a lunch break. We spotted this highly rated food truck on Google and decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad we did! We ordered the garlic ginger bowl and the poke bowl, and loved them both. The food was made to order, incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. And the owner was super friendly:)
